Circolo Aqua membership is complimentary and open to everyone above the age of 18.
Simply sign up for an account with us to begin your Circolo Aqua journey - if you have already registered with us before the launch of Circolo Aqua, you are automatically enrolled in the program. Alternatively, you may enrol with the support of our reservations team - registration will still be done via the website and you will need to provide all necessary information and consent to complete the registration on your behalf.
Members will receive their Circolo Aqua Membership Number via email after completing registration.
Enter your details per your passport for easiest recognition. Utilize an active, valid email address to ensure you receive important communications and can enjoy your benefits without issues. You will not be able to change your email address after account creation - if necessary, please reach out to us to do so.
Please reach out to us to merge your duplicate accounts. You may be required to provide proof of ownership of the duplicate accounts.
Miles can be earned on the final value of eligible bookings i.e. inclusive of cabin rates and surcharges, less any discounts applied.
Miles are not earned on onboard spend, flights, transfers, or spend with any third-party providers.
Miles are calculated based on the prevailing earn rates, weighted by your allocated portion of the booking’s final value.
You may view the estimated Miles earned during the online reservation process, or in your account after completing the reservation.
Miles are awarded upon completion of the expedition. Please check back within the next couple of days upon disembarkation if:
- Your Miles have not been received, or
- Your Tier has not been updated, provided your current expedition enables you to attain a higher Tier upon completion.
Miles will not be earned on cancelled bookings. The number of Miles earned on changed bookings will depend on the new final value of the booking.
Your Miles will expire in its entirety on the date reflected in your Circolo Aqua account. Currently, Miles are set to expire after 36 months from the date of completion of the last sailing.
You may extend the expiry of your entire Miles balance by simply making a reservation and completing the related sailing with us. Your Miles expiry will be extended by 36 months from the date of completion of the related expedition (i.e. disembarkation date).
In the event that your upcoming reservation(s) is/are cancelled and there are no upcoming reservations, your Miles expiry will revert to be based on the previous completed expedition (if any).
Miles are awarded to the guest who actually sails on the journey. The guest must be a Circolo Aqua Member to receive Miles.
Tiers are determined by your accumulated unexpired Miles, according to the individual Tier requirements.
At launch, all Circolo Aqua Guest Loyalty Members will be assigned a Tier based on their completed bookings since 1st January 2016.
Upon Miles expiry, in line with the expiry rules, you will be assigned the Voyager Tier.

Signature Drink

Open Bar Access
Explorer: Indulge in open bar access on one night of choice during your expedition.
Legend: Indulge in open bar for the entirety of your expedition.
Savings on Future FIT Expeditions
Save up to 7.5% on your next expedition, on a maximum of 2 cabins per booking. Savings can only be combined with these offers:
- Early Bird
- Savings on 30-day-post-voyage bookings
Savings on Future Charter Expeditions
Save 5% on your next charter expedition. Savings cannot be combined with other offers.
Savings on 30-day-post-voyage bookings
Save an additional 5% on your next expedition, for reservations made with deposits placed within 30 days of last disembarkation. Savings can only be combined with these specific offers:
- Early Bird
- Savings on Future FIT Expeditions
Onboard Credits
Enjoy up to USD 200 worth of onboard credits per cabin on each expedition. Credits can be utilized at these places:
- Bar / Restaurant
- Boutique (selected items only)
Onboard credit allocation will be determined by the guest with the highest tier in the cabin.

Ponant Exclusive Access
Receive a status match with Ponant Yacht Club, based on your Circolo Aqua Tier, and enjoy the allocated benefits of your matched Ponant Yacht Club tier. You will also receive an additional EUR 50 of onboard credits on top of that allocated to your Ponant Yacht Club tier. You may enrol at any time before boarding and will still receive all privileges and benefits. However, if you enrol less than 72 hours before departure, we do not guarantee that rewards are automatically provided due to communication delays with the onboard system.
If you enrol onboard, you will receive an email confirming the registration, but your membership status will not be recognised until after disembarkation.
Do remember to link your relevant past bookings during the account creation process to ensure your tier is accurately reflected.
To ensure recognition of Circolo Aqua Membership and access to applicable privileges and savings, it is essential to log in to Circolo Aqua at the time of reservation or provide the Circolo Aqua Membership Number to an Aqua Expeditions Consultant or your preferred Travel Advisor during the reservation process. In case you are not recognised as a Circolo Aqua Member, kindly reach out to our crew on board.
Missed benefits or savings cannot be retroactively applied once a reservation or sailing is completed without membership identification.
Circolo Aqua Guest Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other Aqua discounts unless specified by us. Currently, Circolo Aqua Guest Loyalty Discounts can only be combined with the Early Bird Discounts.
Guests are entitled to benefits per their Circolo Aqua tier. Guests with different tiers under the same booking will therefore enjoy the benefits allocated to their tier only, and are not allowed to share the benefit with other guests.
For benefits that are applied per cabin or on the entire booking, the benefit of the primary guest will take effect.
All guests are required to create a Circolo Aqua Member account in order to enjoy their benefits. As the Circolo Aqua Member accounts are restricted to those 18 and above, you will not be able to create an account. However, Miles from relevant bookings will still be allocated to you, which you can benefit from once you turn 18. Access to onboard benefits for guests under 18 is at Aqua’s sole discretion, with deference to any age restrictions currently in place (e.g. age limit for alcohol consumption, spa treatments).
Benefits are granted once per onboard stay, regardless of the number of consecutive journeys reserved. Even if you have multiple reservations, you will receive each eligible reward only once during your continuous stay onboard.
We are currently running an exclusive status match program with fellow brands under the Ponant Explorations Group, namely:

Circolo Aqua members will be matched to their respective Ponant Yacht Club tiers as follows:
- Voyager > N.A.
- Navigator > Major
- Explorer > Admiral
- Legend > Grand Admiral
Depending on your matched tier, you will receive the allocated benefits accordingly.
Circolo Aqua Members will receive an additional EUR 50 of onboard credits on their first sailing with the fellow participating brands. Members will also enjoy welcome amenities and access to a dedicated phone line under Ponant’s Reservations Team.
Circolo Aqua Members will maintain their Ponant Yacht Club tiers beyond the first sailing.
